A supplier request pack and follow-up sequence, built around what suppliers already hold and written so a small supplier will answer it. A calculated figure for each category, with method and uncertainty stated. An evidence file set out for external assurance, which your customer's auditor can follow without you in the room. And a plan showing which data will improve, and by when.
